The GPSF would like to put in remembrance you that the Second Semester Check-in conclusion is happening TODAY from 6-8pm in the Union Great Hall!

2nd Semester Check-in
When: TODAY, Friday, February 12th, 6:00-8:00 pm
Where: The Carolina Union Great Hall
Do you remember anything from your department’s or the Graduate School’s Orientation in August? It’s slender, neither did we! This Second Semester Check-in sponsored through the GPSF will give students information on resources that other graduate and professional students base useful during their time at Carolina. Check-in elect begin at 6:00pm. Food and drinks if! If you can’t make the occurrence and want access to the compiled available means, we’ve created a gpspecialprojects.

GPSF moreover has another upcoming event that may have existence of interest:

International Mother Language Day (IMLD) Celebration – Call by reason of performers, exhibitors, and attendees!
When: Thursday, February 25th, 4:30-7pm
Where: Union Great Hall
The IMLD Celebration consequence, sponsored by GPSF and CUAB, decision recognize and celebrate different languages, cultures, and ethnicities from the whole of over the world. The event choose include a sampling of ethnic foods, every exhibition of many cultural groups and arts, and performances representing unlike each other cultures. Performances will begin at 5pm and be disposed include songs, instrumental, dance, drama, poem recitation, fashion show, or any other gentle of cultural acts. This event is initiate to all students, staff, faculty, and the men! If you have any questions, please juxtaposition the GPSF Social Chair, Vicki Madigan, at gpsfsocialchair.
